Fixed Panel Slider

Frameworks fixed panel slider conserves space without compromising privacy, creating a clean aesthetic look with stiles and rails that align and match dimensionally. Doors glide along a top hung surface-mounted track for a quiet and smooth operation; a concealed door guide eliminates the need for any recessed floor track.

Doors are available with narrow, medium, or wide stiles to accommodate ¼”, ⅜”, or ½” glass. This system is extremely versatile with endless elevation options. Customers can choose from simple drywall cased openings or tie them into aluminum profiles. The system comes together with Frameworks type II sidelites, type I system, window walls, or cased openings. Extending the door opening space with a pair of bi-parting sliders completes the design. Whatever you envision, Frameworks will make it come to life!

Below see two different elevations of the fixed panel slider system:

All components – door, track, and fixed panel are mounted within the partition width. Fastened to the perimeter frame and sealed, the fixed panel has an “L-shaped” lip that interlocks with the sliding panel for reliable performance and security. This product has locking capabilities with the use of either the Adams Rite MS1850 Hook Bolt, Adams Rite 1870* Cylinder-Operated Flushbolt Lock, or Rockwood Locking Pull. Fixed panels are only undersized by ⅛” and stiles are available in narrow (2 ⅝”), medium (4 ¼”), and wide (5 ½”) sizes. Standard or custom hardware machining is possible while we offer fully assembled options (with glazing available) or KD.

Since 1996, Frameworks has been manufacturing high quality, prefinished aluminum frames, sidelites, borrowed lites, and doors for interior and commercial applications.
